We would like to address any discrepancies that may appear on our products, (mainly presenting our Ludi Boards). All our products are handmade and unique, with little to no machine aid. This can therefore lead to scuffs, marks, stains etc, that may occur as we paint or varnish. As we do strive to make every product perfect, some may get pass with some hitches. We do encourage you to let us know of any major damages that may occur on your product, and if need be, we could arrange for a refund or exchange. ( Look at our Return/Exchange Policies)

*Please note that for all custom orders we require a 40% non-refundable deposit after we finalise the details you design. Custom Orders start from £100; prices vary depending on additional customisations and complexity. Delivery times will be from 10-12 working days, times may vary depending on complexity or any changes in the board size and dimensions. We will keep you posted on all stages of the custom via email or text. Please let us know of any changes during the process, we will strive to make your order to perfection.
